87 yr female pt for # femur...k/c/o NMO taken treatment and at presan5 symptom free....k/c/o br asthama on treatment and controled, HT +IHD but controled. .ECG lat lead ST-T changes,  2D echo almost normal..no ronchi........
What should be the plan???

i have used for few cases..
but micro spinal catheters are not available in india......
which companies are making it ?????

sciati n.block is better option if area around the needle entry looks non infacted.....touching the central neuraxial system is more dengerous than peripheral nerve..... and as others said GA is also a reasonable choice.....but we prefere nerve block .....

hello sir, 
     i would like to spacify the situation... lap hysteractomy,in a pt of 40 year old,,having hb of 8.0 ,due to mannoragia,otherwise normal investigation( ECG,) ,,surgen will take 2 hr for the surgery,and blood loss is usaly 50 -80 cc....,,,should we tranfuse and take the pt for surgery or no need to transfuse..????????

    suppose pt is relatively containdicated for G.A.(like bronchial asthema,COPD)...and spinal is partialy acted.......???? many a time in private practice infrastucture for G.A. is basic only....so giving G.A. is comaratively more difficult...  what is the role of epidural in this case ???? is there any guidelines for such failed or partialy acted spinal ???

many time we come accross the situation where pt is previously non hypertensive and just before the surgery blood pressure is out of control........

failed spinal is no action clinically with apparantly perfact spinal anaesthesia....

hi, i realy want's to know , how many of us keep record of our own cases with us(not in the pt's file) ???????
do u have some good anaesthesia record formates available ???
please send some formate for differant conditions .

thanks for responce.
my observation is tachy and hypotension...., with out any other signs of anaphylactiod reaction.!!!!
is there any evidance of microembolisum related hypotension after cementing????
any prophylactic staps to prevent this ????
